King of the Dot has announced that their current chain-hoder, Head Ice will be facing Nems out of New York, as the first match up for their upcoming MASSacre 4 event in Massachusetts. This announcement came in the same rolodex format of past Blackout event announcements, but it is unclear if the entire event will be in this format.
