Rare Breed Entertainment announced on Facebook that they will be hosting the rematch battle between Serius Jones and Math Hoffa. Their original battle went down at URL's Summer Madness 3 event in September of 2013, however was never officially released due to an altercation between the two rappers mid-battle.

The upcoming RBE event will take place on August 31st in Atlanta, Georgia.
